  Hello…can I put a sticky note above all my posts without all the people who have subscribed to my blog getting an email about it?….i don’t want them to get an email with this little sticky note…only when I do a larger post…Thanks, Julie

  Temporarily set your site to private, create and publish the sticky post and then set your site back to public (settings > privacy). I would wait to set it back to public for about 5 minutes just to make sure.
