  Let me start off by saying that I am using the WordPress.com interface and not looking for ‘plug-in’ options
  Okay I was on the CBC’s site and found an audio clip I would like to add to my site. It had an embed option for sharing. I copied that html code and thought that I could simply paste it into the text of my post and it would work. It didn’t, so I just copied the direct link and pasted it. Is there anyway I can add this html in the post?

  To have audio on your blog you need a space upgrade.

  Thank you. It seems that CBC treats link as a video feed which I assume you need the video add on? This is the actual link if it helps people understand what I am talking about

  Thanks for your reply. I tried the Flash workaround you suggested and I suspect it is something with Chrome, or the flash link that the CBC has that is not allowing it to work properly. I just get a grey box the size specified in the code.

  Oh well thanks for your help.
