Embed a map from a different website onto my wordpress.com

  I want to put this map [ http://fifthestateci.com/wordpress/vibrant-communities-in-action ] onto my website on this page [ http://vibrantcities.org/vibrant-communities-in-action/ ]. Is there any way I could embed it? Any help is appreciated.
