embed a pdf

  I either want to embed a pdf or construct a print friendly button so that I can print forms without the page numbers and url. I see no way to do either. I have no plugin menu on my menu bar.

  Furthermore I do not understand why I am a premium member and your site keeps asking me if I want to upgrade to premium.
