  Hi Please how can I embed a “pop up” subscribe thumbnail on my site.

  Hi there,

  This is something which I would recommend using a WordPress.com feature for instead of CSS, because I’m not certain if this is even possible with just CSS.

  MailChimp is the easiest way to go for what you’re intending, since that allows you to create a pop-up: https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp/
