Embed a Video from Flotrack.org

I want to embed a video from a website that has an embedding code, but it won’t embed the video. I tried multiple code ideas from other people but it won’t let me do what I wish to do.
Here is the embed code:

The VideoPress upgrade allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog (or on another site you can designate). http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ However, if you upload them to youtube or another supported video source site then you do not need the upgrade.
The gigya code was previously used as a workaround but now others are reporting it no longer works for them. Example: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/embed-livestream-recordings-not-live-streams?replies=1
