Embed a youtube video on Nirvana presentation page?

  I’m trying to embed a youtube video in one of the text areas in my Nirvana presentation page. Is it possible to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to follow up, this is not about my wordpress.com site, but one I am using the full WordPress package for, with the Nirvana theme. So I’m probably asking in the wrong place!

  In any post or page content, you should be able to embed a Youtube video by just including the URL. For example, if you place this in your content:

  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TacjMOv6Xwo

  ….then on your site it should automatically show that video embedded.

  Hi Senff, I can see this works on a normal page or post, but it doesn’t seem to work on the ‘presentation page’ for a theme.

  Hm, maybe I misunderstood! I’m not sure what the Presentation Page is that you’re referring to to be honest. And you also say it’s NOT for your WordPress.com page, but what site are you talking about then?

  Hi senff, thanks for trying to help. I have managed to find some code that works. I am using the wordpress.com site for one of my blogs, but am also using wordpress.org for building a site from scratch. I should have asked this question in the wordpress.org forums but can’t log in.
