Embed an audio file from SkyDrive?

  I am trying to embed with a URL an audio file in my blog. But do people opening it have to also be on SkyDrive? Is there a free site online to store audio files that then easily embed to WordPress? And that others don’t need an account to open? Or should I just pay for more space and directly load the audio file from my computer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
