  I’ve downloaded Embed Iframe but it still doesn’t work.
  Files are loaded into godaddy.
  Reading lots of blogs – so confused and frustrated.

  I am sorry you are having difficulties. Iframe is not supported on blogs hosted here at WordPress.com for security reasons. There are alternatives for including video on your site, perhaps one of them will work.
