  Hi, I’m creating a website for my assessment. When I try to embed code from MailChimp for email-subscription, it doesn’t work. In other words, the page shows the code with a subscription email form. How can I fix the problem?

  Hi –

  Make sure you’re using the pop up option, which is the only form supported with a free WordPress.com site.

  Add a Mailchimp Pop-Up

  If you want to share the code here I can give it a try from my side. It’s also worth noting that those pop ups display the first time someone comes to your site, so it’s very possible you aren’t seeing it for that reason. You can always test in an incognito window if you suspect this.
