Embed code not saving

  I’m trying to embed a code, a set of free diagnostic business tools. The most successful attempt is using the custom html code block; when I ‘preview’ it shows up in the page editor. I update, but they don’t show up on the page preview.

  I’ve also tried adding it while in html view but it just disappears when I update.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Thank you both for getting back to me. I’ll try another browser/clearing cache. And in the meantime, here’s a screenshot of the code I’m trying to use. It would make sense if it’s not supported…

  

  I’ve also tried adjusting the height since, I read somewhere that might help. Again, it works in preview but gets removed from the page.

  Hey there,

  Many thanks for that screenshot there.

  That looks to be an iframe, which wouldn’t be supported on the free plan, and the business plan would be required.

  It looks like this iframe is being powered by https://mindshop.com/ – what do they do exactly? The reason why I ask is because, with the business plan it’s possible to install plugins, so there may be a plugin available that could integrate that service beyond the iframe and allow you much more functionality.
