  Hello, I was trying to upload the embed code plug in to my blog
  https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-embed-code/installation/

  but I cannot find it in the approved plug in list and also I cannot find a method of uploading the plug in manually

  Is it possible to upload this plug in?

  All available plugins on WordPress.com are already built in and you don’t have the option to install third-party plugins here.
