Is there a way to pull any comments my blog receives into a widget I would put on a regular web page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All WordPress blogs have multiple built in feeds. Example of format:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/comments/feed/
We do not provide support for installing the capacity on your website to draw the RSS feed from your blog on this WordPress.com support forum. That support is here > http://wordpress.org/support/ On your website you will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:
