Hi Jess,
Did you get that message after you tried adding the map to a post or page on your site? If you can give me a link to that post or page, I can take a closer look to see why you’re getting that message.
You can also share the embed code you got from Google in your reply here and I can take a look at it for you.

This is what I copied from google map
<iframe src=”https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d3141.5219035274595!2d145.11815199999995!3d-38.05822499999999!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x6ad672dced938d61%3A0xd15da14244e68048!2sLifeStrong+Physiotherapy+%26+Health+Services!5e0!3m2!1sen!2sau!4v1422389728763″ width=”600″ height=”450″ frameborder=”0″ style=”border:0″></iframe>
This is what it converted to in wordpress

Hi Jess,
Thanks for sharing that with me. Google maps don’t always embed properly if you use a name or a location marker when searching and selecting the location on the map. Instead, I’d recommend searching Google Maps for the physical address of your location.
I tried entering the address for your location, instead, and the map worked for me. Here’s the shortcode you can paste into your page to get that map:
[googlemaps https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m12!1m8!1m3!1d3141.521903527459!2d145.11815199999998!3d-38.058225!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!2m1!1s7%2F489+Nepean+Highway%2C+Chelsea%2C+VIC%2C+3196!5e0!3m2!1sen!2sau!4v1422443053690&w=600&h=450]Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Can I ask for your help on another issue.
I want to change the case of menu drop downs and have been told this:
For your menu :
.wf-active .navigation-main a {
text-transform: none;
}However, I don’t know where to paste this into my blog
Thanks

Hi Jessica,
Rachel is out for a few days, so I’m going through and helping with her tickets.
So that bit of code (called CSS) will need to go in a specific place in your Dashboard. What you’ll need to do is go to your site and in the upper left hand corner hover over My Sites.
Now select “Customize” under the Look and Feel section.
Here there will be a blue bar down the right hand side of the window. Click on CSS in the blue bar and copy/paste the CSS code (including that last curly bracket). You should see the preview of your site update when you paste in the code.
Click the Save/Update button at the bottom and you’re good to go!
Let me know if you have any questions.
