Embed Issuu publications into WordPress.com

  Does WordPress.com (free version) provide the ability to add a plugin? I’m trying to find a way to embed an Issuu magazine publication into my wordpress.com blog. Issuu permits embedding into WordPress. When I copy the htlm code into my blog all I see in the Preview mode is the html code. Isuu provides instructions for embedding. These are their instructions:
  WordPress embed guide

  Step 1. Add this WordPress plugin
  Step 2. Copy the embed code from the box above.
  Step 3. Paste the code into your WordPress blog.
  Step 4. Publish.
  That’s it!

  Thank you. I went to the link you provided yesterday. I believe I was successful. But, I’m not sure. When I preview my post, I see a black box showing a vertical and horizontal scroll bar. In the center of the box it says: “Oops, can’t load document. It may have been changed by the the Publisher, or there’s a connection problem on your end.”

  When I double click on the black box, it opens the Issuu web site, but it doesn’t go to the the November edition of the magazine, which was where I originally copied the html code.

  I originally got the html code for the November 2012 magazine edition by going to http://www.issuu.com, locating the edition of the magazine that I want to embed, and then by clicking on the Embed icon below the magazine, then clicking on “the Old embed page” link in the top, right corner, then clicking on HTML and then copying the HTML code.

  Can you suggest what step(s) I am missing??
