  Hi I’m trying to embed my video. I have followed your instructions, but it just keeps disappearing!!

  Hello @euroyouthmh,

  I recommend reading this article to make sure it isn’t a common browser issue.

  If that hasn’t helped you with your issue you can choose the video provider that you are having trouble with in our videos page. The article will go in depth on how to embed videos to your post.

  Additionally,

  If you want to upload and host your video files on your blog, you can do that with VideoPress, which is included with WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans.

  @euroyouthmh If you read the instructions in the link provided by @billh93 you will see:

  To quickly embed a YouTube video, simply copy the video’s URL from your web browser’s address bar while viewing the video.
  Paste it on a line by itself in your Visual editor as you draft your post or page (make sure that it is not hyperlinked).

  Hi There,

  We us Vimeo and tried the self-hosted option but videos would take forever to upload on our mobile site. I’ve been told that this is because WordPress sites load the video in full before playing it which causes the delay. Is this correct? Can it be changed so it plays as it is uploading?

  Currently we use Vimeo to host the video but we are getting black pillars either side of the video on our website but not on the mobile site,

  Any advice greatly appreciated,
