Embed video not working

  Hello! I’m trying to embed video using html code but it doesn’t work.

  <iframe src=’http://player.tvnet.lv/v/66721′ width=’640′ height=’480′ frameborder=’0′ allowfullscreen></iframe>

  This is the code I’m using. It just shows the link to video but not the video itself.

  Where is the video you are trying to embedd hosted ? Here is some information which could help you to get specific details

  hello, i have the same problem, only the link shows up although each time I paste the embed code, the video window appears on the visualn workpad

  in the end, only the link shows up

  Which website are you trying to upload the video from ? Here is some specific information which could help you better
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

  At the bottom of the page you would get details of the sites you try to embedd it from like Youtube, vimeo etc.
  Check as per your specific . Let me know if any further issues.

  Probably there might be an issue of compatibility , the video is not from the list of hosts which wordpress.com supports

  I tried to check where the video is sourced from , anyways, I am tagging the staff of wordpress.com , to see if they can figure it out.

  player.tvnet.lv is not on our listed of support services. The code you have supplied is an iframe — which is not permitted in WordPress.com in order to maintain the security of your site.
