  Hi,

  I’d like to post a moviefragment from a site, other than youtube or google video.

  Example: http://www.opentube.be/nl/videos/toespraak-karel-de-gucht-programmacongres-5-en-6-mei-2007/

  Is it possible to embed these fragments?

  No. You can port it over to YouTube or google video, but as it says in the FAQ, you can only use the approved video formats here at WordPress.com
