Embed Videos from other Sources than Youtube.com

  Hey Guys :)
  i had some difficulties in embedding videos from other sources than youtube.com. For example when i try to embed a video from http://vimeo.com/ the “embedding code” gets just ignored. The source from youtube.com works fine.
  How can I change this behavior?

  If your blog is hosted here at wordpress.COM, then this support document tells how to embed vimeo: http://support.wordpress.com/videos/vimeo/ . Look in the blue panel at right in that document for ways to embed other video types.

  Virtually anything not listed there can be embedded by using the vodpod button for wordpress.
