Embed Vimeo in WordPress using CiviCRM

  Hello,

  Please accept my apologies for this basic question but I need to get something done fast! The organization I’m working for needs me to embed a Vimeo video onto our homepage tonight. We are using CiviCRM version 4.4 with WordPress. Can someone please give me some quick step-by-step guidance on how to do this? I do not have an IT background so basic terminology would be appreciated! Also, is this possible without access to the Vimeo embed code? Thank you very much!
