  I’m trying to embed a booking form with you can book me at https://youcanbook.me/feature/embed/
  Do I need to upgrade to the paid version to get this feature because it just shows code on my end, also how do I plugin iframe on the plugin page I don’t see where I can do that

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The only form you can use on any wordpress.COM hosted site is this one https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/

  The only embeds are listed here https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=embeds

  We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No javascript or iframe embeds or widgets from unsupported sources or third party advertising widget codes of form codes can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.

  You cannot install any plugins into any wordpress.COM hosted sites. You are confusing wordpress.com hosted sites like yours with wordpress.org software installs on paid hosting. For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

  At present there is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
