embedded audio not showing up

  Was on my site tonight and noticed that the audio files I have embedded are not showing up. Is anyone else having this issue?

  How, exactly, did you embed the audio files?

  I clicked on Add Media as I’ve always done. The code for the file is there, but none of the files are showing up on the live site.

  Do you have the Space upgrade?

  Yes. And I have 47% space remaining. It seems to be sporadic; when I went to the site this morning, yesterday’s post had the audio embedded. But none of the other posts or pages had it embedded, and then when I went back to yesterday’s post the audio was no longer there.
