Embedded Audio Players Problem

  Hello,

  Ok so im pretty sure somone has asked this before but i could not find any help on the support page. Is there any way that you can embedded a flash audio player for example from Hulkshare into a post? Because for me it wont work it will just be a link. Also when i use the [audio http://wpcom.files.wordpress.com/2007/01/mattmullenweg-interview.mp3%5D code like this it gives me this huge ugly white box around it. Is there any way to take that off?

  If anyone could please help me out that would be really awesome.
