Embedded content in site – query
-
Hi, I am recreating my football club’s website and currently our site has functionality I want to keep (well replicate) in a few pages an posts.
http://www.oldwimbledonians.co.uk/FRAME.htm
I want to be able to embed the league table from another site in to a page so that is appears seemlessly (without the need to click to go to the external site) and our current site has that – I just do not know how to replicate this in our soon to be live WordPress site.
If you go to Tables at the top – then click on …2017/2018 under say 3rd team you get taken to a page which is displaying the table on (http://www.football.mitoo.co.uk/LeagueTab.cfm?TblName=Matches&DivisionID=24837&LeagueCode=LTHRD2017)
How could I recreate this display on WordPress to show the content of that same pathway on my site? Is it a plug in or a simpler method?
Thanks

Hi there,
Your site oldwimbledonians.co.uk is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted elsewhere.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site, you need to can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the self-hosted WordPress.org you can read this article:

Hi, I am moving the site to wordpress and am building it on wordpress as we speak, the query I have is is it possible to embed such sites on wordpress hosted sites, the query is very much focused and specific to wordpress hosted sites as the site is going to be hosted on WordPress.
Any guidance on embedding such league tables from external sites on a wordpress site available? -
Are planning on hosting it here on WordPress.com or on another host?
Please let me know as there are differences between the two.
