Embedded Google Map not showing on browser.

Hi all,
I’ve followed the embedding instructions found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-maps/, but when we view the contact page, I am getting either an empty box in Safari and Chrome, or a “This content cannot be displayed in a frame” error message in Internet Explorer, followed by the “view larger map” link, which does work.

There is something about your code from Google that is not working – I can’t get your map to embed in my test blog but I can get a map from a friends blog to embed – so beats me – I have flagged this for staff attention to help

Hi there, I regenerated the map code at Google Maps and added it to your page – the map seems to be displaying OK now. I think there may have been some type of encoding issue with the original map code from Google.
Let me know if you need anything else!

Interesting since I went to Google for the code and the code would not work straight from Google –

I went back to Google Maps and got the code again and it still crashed for me – leaving a big empty box in my test blog Reeds Rants –

auxclass – I actually had to do a completely new search for the address and then it finally worked.

Sorry but that map will not work for me – I even tried your search again thing 4 times – opened a new window and tried it – copied embed code (has the iframe) and pasted into both Visual & Text –
I guess it is good I don’t do maps much ???

auxclass – not sure what to tell you. I tested with some other addresses and they all worked fine, might be something weird with this particular address but I couldn’t tell you what. ;-)

I did a couple of addresses in a different state and the maps embedded – strange for sure
