embedded header video not loading on wordpress site, but only for iphone (works on Android & PC)

  We have a video loop in the header on our WordPress site and Android mobile and PC load fine, but it is not loading at all for Iphone. How do we fix this?

  It looks like your site is hosted on GoDaddy, not on WordPress.com. Please note that this forum serves to provide support for WordPress.com-hosted sites.

  If your site is using the open-source WordPress software you need to seek help at these forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or get in touch with your theme developer (seems like it’s Vantage theme from SiteOrigin).
