Embedded links to webpage from spreadsheet using Iframe problem

    we use iframe src to load a MS Excel spreadsheet that contains external links to a manufacturers site for each of the products offered.

    How do we have the item open a new page from within the iframe when an item is selected from the list?

    [iframe src=”https://stockyardexpressllc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/mth-stock.htm”  width=”600″ height=”600″ frameborder=”1″ scrolling=”auto” ]

    when the sheet is loaded onto a page by itself, clicking on an item opens the new page. It is only within iframe that we have this issue.

    What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

    I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

    iframes are not supported on WordPress.com for security reasons, so if you put the iframe on your post/page, only an hyperlink will be displayed. We do not allow certain tags on WordPress.com, including JavaScript, Flash, iframe, form, and input tags.

    These restrictions are in place to prevent any disruptions in service due to potentially malicious code.

    I’m helping out a small business. The account is through Go Daddy using WordPress. I wasn’t sure if I could post it here. I wasn’t sure what WordPress type we are using.
