Embedded puzzle not showing full width

I’m using the RecipeBox theme for a puzzle blog. I’ve added an iFrame plug in. When I create a new post, paste code into a custom HTML block, and click preview, the full puzzle shows, with clues along the right-hand side of the puzzle (top image below). However, after I save the post and then look at it as a visitor would see it, the clues along the right-hand side have disappeared (bottom image). Only if I click on an entry in the puzzle does a clue appear above the puzzle. How can I get the puzzle and clues to appear together?

    Hi @jadbreen,

I checked one of the puzzles on your LEGO page as a regular site visitor, and I was able to see the clues displayed along the right-hand side of the puzzle without needing to click on any entries. If you’re still experiencing the same issue, please try clearing your browser’s cache and check again.

I also agree with @justjennifer — since you’re on a paid plan, we recommend reaching out to our Happiness Engineers through the private support channel. This allows you to share specific links or details about your site without compromising its security.

If you have any further questions, please contact us directly through our support channel rather than the public forums. We’ll be happy to assist you there!
