Embedded Tweet Not Showing up Properly

  I embedded a tweet in a post and when I go to preview it, it’s not showing up. Just the link is showing up. Does the theme I have not support embedded tweets?

  Hi Artemis,

  All of our themes should have support for Twitter embeds. Can you make sure that you’re posting the tweet on its own line as described here?

  If you’re still having trouble, please let me know the title of the post where you’re trying to embed the tweet!

  Thank you! I tried it again and I think what I was doing wrong was that I was centering the link.

  If I keep it aligned left it seems to load properly…

  Is there a reason why the link would not work if it is aligned center?

  Hi Artemis!

  You are correct; aligning the tweet using the align buttons in the post editor will prevent the tweet from displaying correctly. Instead, please use the shortcode like this:

  [tweet 459137106749571072 align='right']

  That group of numbers is pulled from the end of the tweet like this:

  https://twitter.com/JeremeyD/status/459137106749571072
