Embedded video does not display on wordpress.com reader

  Hi, the last two YouTube videos that I embedded in blog posts behaved strangely. They worked and continue to work absolutely fine in the post itself. However, the videos at first displayed fine in the reader – and then disappeared. (I subscribed my own blog so that I can keep an eye on what other people are seeing in their readers, which is how I noticed this.) I also see that many many other blog posts from other people that appear on my reader all have the the embedded video displayed in the reader.
  Is there some setting that I’m not aware of?
