Embedded video not showing up in Catagory

  Hello everyone,
  I am new to wordpress and it’s been pretty easy. I have been moving all my work over from weebly. I am connecting certain projects on another site with categories on my blog. Trying to keep it organized for future clients. However, whenever I click on a category, the “embedded” video comes up with just a link. I can’t figure out why it’s not embedded, yet, it is on the main part of the blog. Any help?

  greyzed theme is designed to display the beginnings of post in category or archive pages. That means that embedded items such as videos will not show.

  greyed has a functional custom excerpt option so you could make a custom excerpt for category or archive pages by adding an image from your video (with a link to the vid).
  Embedded things won’t show up in custom excerpts either…
