embedded video not working

  I am new to wordpress.com and have found a problem embedding http://www.springboardplatform.com videos.

  I was wondering if it is at all possible to add this format to wordpress.com. and if so how do I do this

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  These are the video embeds that WordPress.com supports YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, DailyMotion, Viddler, Blip.tv, TED Talks, and Videolog.
  As the service you indicate is not listed, you can give Vodpod a try, as it allows you to embed videos from thousands of different sites and services.
