embedded videos don’t show

  most of the videos recently that i’ve been embedding with youtube haven’t been showing up on my post in my browser (latest firefox). I downloaded Chrome, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I have the latest flash, java, blah blah blah. Can anyone look at my site or at least let me know if this is just a personal computer problem, or more widespread.

  There are countless threads about this issue, one posted immediately before you posted this.

  The problem is, YouTube and WordPress.com have both been changing something. For now, the only method that works is the shortcode,

  [youtube=URL] where you get the exact URL from the Share box.

  Well I can’t help you if you don’t give me:

  a) the exact URL of your blog, starting with http
  b) the exact URL of the video, starting with http.
