  Embed what? All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/ where the search box is prominent. Type embeds and click to search https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=embeds

  The results produce the only embeds from supported sources that can be used on WordPress.COM site.

  WordPress.COM users have code restrictions. No JavaScript, no form codes, except these https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/, no tracking codes, no advertising codes, and no unsupported embeds can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.
