embedding a document or pdf

  I need to embed a document and I do not see a plugin that will allow me to do that. I see there is one available but I apparently do not have access to it in my wordpress plugins. Any help is appreciated.

  You can embed a document using a 3rd party – see
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/embedding-media-with-cloudup/

  And you can also upload the file and provide a link to it instead of embedding it:
