Embedding a "Follow Blog" button on a post

  Is this possible? My theme is fantastic, however, readers have to go to the rather obscure menu in order to “Follow” and there is no where more prominent to put the Follow Widget. Is there an HTML embed or something? Any help would be fantastic!
