embedding a form

  I created a contact us form for my new website using one of the wordpress formats but have not been able to embed it into my site. I have tried to copy and past the link but it doesn’t work and the video doesn’t explain it very well. Please advise.

  Your site czp.wtm.mybluehost.me is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)
