Embedding a link
-
Hello!
I’m trying to put a link to my website in the Tagline section of my ‘Site identity.’ I suspect this isn’t option as the tagline is probably meant to literally be a line. I’ve written a bit of blurb and ideally want to put paragraph breaks in as well, but this doesn’t seem possible either. Is it possible?
If paragraphs and links aren’t possible here is there another way of getting blurb on my page?
Thanks!

Hi!
The site tagline section won’t work very well for a paragraph or a link, but here’s a suggestion for you.
Your site, lagrandequestion.wordpress.com, is using the TwentyTen theme, which has a sidebar. Right now your sidebar contains search, archive and meta-data, but you can add your paragraph/blurb to the top of that sidebar as well using a text widget area.
Here’s a link that shows you how to do that.

One word of advice, if you do want to preserve paragraph breaks, make sure to check the “Automatically add paragraphs” checkbox in the widget area.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
It is not possible to add a working link to your Tagline and while there seems to be no character limit, you can not add paragraphs either.
Have you tried to use a widget in your sidebar, maybe? To have a bit of blurb displayed, I would use
About.me or a simple
I hope it helps or at least give you an idea. :)
Cheers,
