Embedding a Podcast

  I am wondering if there are Podcasting Directories that allow you to embed their podcasts in a blog post the same way you can embed a youtube video. I understand that I have to upload a podcast to my account in order to embed it or I can link to it. I cannot figure out the linking to it part. I was hoping I could copy and paste some code and have it play in the Podpress plug in. Does anyone know of sites that allow this?
