Embedding a video

  I want to embed the video on http://omroep.vara.nl/media/81624 in a post on my blog. Is that possible? And how do I do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Above my paygrade – but try this

  Flash is stripped but usually it can be added using the Gigya short code
