Embedding a widget from another site

  I am trying to embed a widget from another site that I work for onto my wordpress page and whenever I copy and paste the code it just shows up as text instead of the actual widget.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No javscript widgets or iframes can be used on any wordpress.COm hosted sites.
