Embedding an iFrame code snippet

    Hi there, I’ve been working with Termly a site that generates legal documents for websites and keeps them up to date. Every time I go to embed their iFrame code snippet I get an error saying that its an invalid JSON response. I was working with the help team on Termly, but she sent me a screen capture of her embedding the code and it working just fine. Even recreating her video step-by-step results in the same ‘invalid JSON’ response. She says it might be a limit in PHP and suggested reaching out here. I have no idea what a limit in PHP is haha… I just want to embed this code please…

    oh my gosh this whole time I’ve thought I was on .com haha I was thinking about migrating soon anyways as my yearly payment is coming up soon. I set it up through bluehost so I believe that’s why I didn’t notice that it was actually wordpress.org. Thank you for taking the time to reply even though I’m not even using your platform.
