embedding an Issuu epublication onto my site

  I have made an Issuu epublication, I have downloaded the embed code, and I have been advised to
  Download and activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress admin
  Copy Issuu publication URL from your browser and just paste it into the body of your post. Example: http://issuu.com/iscience/docs/issue23
  If you are the owner of the publication on Issuu, you can use the link with the URL parameter e=xxxx/yyyy, which you get when sharing from the My Publications section on your Issuu account , to make use of styling options.

  At the moment I can’t even find the admin panel! Can you help me please?

  If you use/have plugins, you talk about a site not hosted by WordPress.com (like yours uistlocalfoodforlocalpeople.wordpress.com).
  What is the URL of your site? (https://…)

  The URL of the publication page is https://uistlocalfoodforlocalpeople.wordpress.com/the-uist-growers-almanac-the-natural-way-to-grow/
  I want to be able to have the publication on my site rather than just a link to ISSUU
