Embedding Code problem

I am trying to add a banner on my WordPress site. I have a embed code too. But I am not getting how to embed it. I have tried but could not find where to do it.

Thanx. I have gone through all these links. No solution. Can you kindly help me . I have even added an image widget in my sidebar. And added the link to it. But the clicks are not getting counted. I checked my stats.

the ad in your sidebar will get your blog suspended for violation of the links I gave above
you can’t do ads here
