  I want to embed this sermon player on my site. It looks like this, and it won’t let
  me embed it.

  There are code restrictions for security reasons on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/If you want to post iframe codes or JavaScript or install plugins of any kind then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
