embedding google calendar

    I have followed your tutorial about embedding calendar on page and side widget.
    The problem is that I copy and paste the html code from cakendet byt when i update page or save changes on widget, the code disappears sn no calendar ir upcoming events.
    It is an html code and doesn’t convert to a shortcode.
    Any ideas please?
