You cannot embed an iframe. What are you trying to embed and do they give a different code?

I’m trying to embed an online recording form so it looks like this – http://www.wsbrc.org.uk/LivingRecord/WiderTemplate.aspx. The code i was given was

Flash and all other embeds are not allowed in WordPress.com posts, pages, or text widgets. For security reasons, we remove the tags needed for these to work. Your intentions may be innocent, but someone somewhere might try to use such embeds to damage the site, affecting all of our users.
In other words, there’s no way to embed that form itself in a post or page. A possible workaround is to create a custom menu link to that form. You’ll use this URL: http://www.LivingRecord.net/index.cfm?key=SXQPPAVCQJJNBGEOZFKPZIADIACEMI&fs=1
You can also create a button (image) that links there which you can place in an image widget in the sidebar or directly into posts and pages or you can simply anchor that link to regular text, like “Join the Wiltshire Mammal Group here“
Remember that with each of these options clicks will take readers away from your site and to your page on the Living Record site, so perhaps select the option when creating the links to have them open in a new tab/window.

The same options should work for you, though the URL you included leads to a “page not found” error, so just make sure you get the correct URL to link to.
