embedding html code into a page.

  In my pilcrow theme, I’ve tried imbedding html code on a page, but instead of displaying the content associated with that code, it keeps converting the code to a url link that goes to the place containing the content. Its not a problem with the code because I’ve imbedded it in other non-worpress page locations.

  Hi there,

  Are you using the actual “embed” or some other similar tag in order to do so? If so, that might be the reason you’re having trouble.

  You’ll see that for security reasons there are a few tags which we don’t allow.

  It’s an iframe, which is on the prohibited list. Oh well. Thanks for the explanation.
