Embedding image from a webpage?

  Hi,

  It may be a topic exists on my question, and I have not searched for the right terms. If that’s the case, could someone direct me to it?

  Here’s what I would like to do:

  I would like to embed an image from an external site onto a Wordress page. For instance, I am interested in embedding this image (which refreshes every 30 seconds) :

  

  The original source site of the image is :
  http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/ovation/

  The end goal, is that the image (i.e. http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/ovation/images/swpc_aurora_map_n.png) would show up on my WordPress page of “Aurora Forecasting Tools”.

  Any help on already posted topics, or code is much appreciated!
