Embedding in an article with a video iframe code?

  I need to embed a video with iframe code in the text area. How should I do? Because when I incorporate it seems to me the only link.

  The VideoPress upgrade include in the Premium upgrade bundle allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog (or on another site you can designate).

  However, if you upload them to youtube or another supported video source site then you do not need the upgrade.
